4. Lebih Giat Beribadah
Beribadah seharusnya menjadi suatu hal yang nomor satu dan tidak hanya ketika galau saja. Namun, kita tidak bisa pungkiri di zaman sekarang ini, ibadah sudah tidak dijadikan prioritas utama lagi oleh kalangan anak muda.
Jika kamu seorang yang sudah rajin ibadah tentu kamu sudah tidak asing lagi akan manfaat positifnya. Nah, bagi yang belum rajin ibadah, maka di saat patah hati dan ingin move on dari mantan inilah, saat yang tepat untuk mulai membiasakannya.

5. Hindari Hal yang Berbau Sedih
Sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan kesedihan memang bisa membuat kita ikut-ikutan sedih. Apalagi di saat seperti sekarang ini di mana kamu harus melupakan seseorang. Coba deh itu hindari drama Korea yang sering angkat tema cinta dan bikin baper. Bisa-bisa kamu dibuat nangis dibuatnya. Makanya hindarilah menonton drama tentang cinta atau mendengar lagu kangen band atau seseuatu yang berhubungan dengan kesedihan lainnya.

6. Hindari Perasaan Berharap
