Dalam semangat kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia ke 70, saya ingin menyapa dengan salam: Merdeka!!! Merayakan Hari Kemerdekaan itu banyak caranya, bisa dengan panjat pinang, pawai 17-an (ah kangen lihat pawai), lomba-lomba lainnya seperti makan krupuk, masukin botol dalam paku – eh kebalik, masukin paku dalam botol dan lainnya. Kalau pemilik usaha, seperti hotel-hotel, biasanya merayakan dengan sesuatu yang unik juga. Ini yang dibuat oleh Hotel Grand Zuri Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD), yaitu Nusantara Food Festival Grand Zuri BSD selama bulan Agustus 2015 ini.
Selama sebulan penuh, Hotel Grand Zuri BSD menyediakan berbagai menu nusantara di Restoran Cerenti. Menunya pun diganti setiap minggunya, jadi kita gak perlu khawatir akan merasakan bosan dengan menu yang itu-itu aja. Chef Robby selalu berusaha menyajikan yang baru dan enak dalam setiap minggunya. Saya sendiri diajak oleh Mas Arie – sebenarnya sih dia menanyakan siapa yang mau ikutan ke semua, saya aja langsung heboh mendaftarkan diri. 😀 Habisnya belum pernah ke hotel ini juga.
Nyasar Ke Grand Zuri BSD
Nyasar, itu yang bener-bener kejadian pas mau ke GZ BSD ini. Jadi berangkat bareng-bareng nih dari FX, ternyata kita salah jalan, masuk tol dalam kota ke arah Cawang (kalau terus saya pulang ke Cibubur deh). Saya sendiri awalnya sih cuek aja, mungkin si Pak Supir mau lewat tol baru kali ya. Tapi eh tapi, ternyata pas di Cawang dia bingung, karena salah jalan. Kita puter baliklah akhirnya. 😛
Perjalanan pun lanjut melewati kembali Semanggi dan masuk ke tol arah Tangerang. Ditambah dengan kemacetan yang wow di pintu tol Karang Tengah, akhirnya kita pun tiba di Grand Zuri BSD. Letak hotel ini ternyata deket dari Teras Kota BSD. Saya beberapa kali ke Teras Kota dan nongkrong di sana, tapi gak ngeh. 😀 Jadi kalau ada yang mau ke Hotel Grand Zuri BSD, ingat aja Teras Kota.
Ada Apa Di Nusantara Food Festival Grand Zuri BSD
Nah, selama sebulan penuh, Agustus 2015 ini, seperti yang saya sebutkan di atas, Restoran Cerenti di Grand Zuri BSD ini menyediakan menu-menu Indonesia yang disiapkan oleh Chef Robby dan timnya. Banyak banget pilihan makanannya, dari menu appetizer sampai dessert.
Barbecue Night on The Saturday Night
Salah satu yang asik, menurut saya adalah barbecue night di Cerenti Restaurant Grand Zuri BSD ini. Letak gubuk bakar-bakarnya di luar sih memang beserta outdoor dining room-nya (cocok buat yang merokok). Setiap hari Sabtu (catat ya… hanya Sabtu malam), ada barbecue night. Dengan paket all you can eat buffet di restoran ini, kita juga dah bisa menikmati barbecue night.
Pas kemarin ke sana itu ada ikan, ayam dan sate maranggi. Secara saya gak makan daging sapi, jadinya saya menikmati yang ikan dan ayam. Dengan sambal kecap (ituloh… kecap plus potongan cabe rawit), rasanya maknyus dah.
Makanan Indonesia selama Agustus
Makanan Indonesia apa saja yang ada di sini? Well, gak bisa dipastikan sih, setiap minggunya akan berubah-ubah, gak menu itu-itu aja. Saat datang itu, menu-menu yang ada di sana banyak banget, antaranya:
Terik Ayam Semarang
Saya sendiri sih sebenarnya gak tahu, apa itu Terik Ayam Semarang sampai dijelaskan oleh Chef Robby. Masakan ini mirip dengan opor ayam. Rasanya? Enak. Buat saya yang gak suka pedes dan gak makan daging sapi, rekomen banget dah.
Rendang Daging Padang
Siapa sih yang gak kenal sama makanan ini, sempet jadi rebutan juga dengan negara tetangga kan? Berhubung saya gak makan daging sapi, ya saya hanya menikmati fotonya aja. Tapi semua pada bilang kalau daging rendang di sini enak.
Ikan Bakar Woku Manado
Kalau yang ini saya makan…. namanya juga olahan ikan. Jadi gak masalah untuk dicicip, cuma yang jadi masalah adalah puedesssnya gak ketolong – ini pedes versi saya ya. Mungkin kalau orang Manado ngerasa cukup aja sih. 😀 Ikan yang dipakai di sini Ikan Bindara.
Tumis Genjer Oncom
Saya suka banget sama yang ini. Oncom, makanan favorit saya (plus si dia sih – minggu lalu dia makan oncom tumisnya nyokap, lahap bangettt ludes). Genjer sendiri mang dah jarang sih saya makan makanya pas lihat ini, saya langsung ngiler dan must try dish banget buat saya.
Tahu Aci Tegal
Ada yang tahu Cilok? Itu loh Aci Dicolok, terbuat dari sagu sebenarnya kan. Nah kalau ini Tahu Aci dari Tegal, ya mirip-mirip gitu lah tapi ada ikannya. Saya sih agak bangga belakangan ini, makanan tradisional mulai naik kelas, kayak cilok kan dah mulai dilirik dengan segala macam variasi kan? Yang ini pun enak – gimana saya bisa tahu enak? Karena saya telat ngambil, 10 menit lebih lama, dan ternyata sudah ludes.
Nasi Goreng Kampung dan Mie Goreng Jogja
Yang ini saya suka, walau membuat saya cukup mengelap keringat berulang kali karena dibuat pedes (lagi-lagi versi saya ya). Nasi goreng rumahan alias nasi goreng kampung selalu saya suka karena bikin inget nasi goreng buatan nyokap (bedanya nyokap paham kalau saya gak suka pedes) sedangkan mie goreng Jogja ini gak terlalu manis dan nikmat disantap – bikin kangenin Mie Godok Jogja yang dulu saya makan bareng cici.
Aneka Sambal
Aneka jenis sambal ada nih di sini, ada Coco Colo – alias sambal cocol (sambal kecap), terus juga ada sambal ijo yang pakai rebon asli. Ada juga sambal terasi – yang satu ini gak cocok kalau bawa cici saya, dia anti banget sama terasi.
Soto Betawi
Soto Betawi ini jadi menu favoritnya Mas Arie, dia nambah buat yang ini. Saya sendiri gak makan sih, karena dagingnya itu.
Aneka Jajanan Pasar, Bandrek dan Sekoteng
Aneka kue basah yang biasa kita temui di pasar ada juga di sini, bikin kangen rumah beneran deh. Indonesia punya makanan yang banyak banget variasinya ya. Dah gitu ada bandrek dan Sekoteng, cocok buat yang merasa kedinginan di malam minggu *efek jomblo mungkin*.
Tumpeng 17-an
Kebetulan kemarin itu datangnya mendekati tanggal 17 Agustus 2015, jadi disiapkan tumpeng kemerdekaan di restoran ini. Saya dipotongin tumpeng sama Mbak Dini, tapi saya minta dikit doang, yang dipotong itu bagian atas full, berat mak abis makan semua makanan. Full tank.
Yang Menarik dari Hotel Grand Zuri BSD
Selain acara Nusantara Food Festival di Restoran Cerenti-nya itu, di lobby Hotel Grand Zuri BSD ini terdapat replika Monas. Replika Monas ini dilapisi dengan coklat. Letaknya tepat di tengah-tengah, jadi objek foto yang menarik banget. Terus buat saya yang suka jalan-jalan ke gedung historic, desain jendela di lobby hotel ini menarik mata saya. Berasa kayak lagi di gedung jaman dulu, padahal mah di hotel kekinian.
Nah itu sih sedikit tentang Nusantara Food Festival di Hotel Grand Zuri BSD tepatnya di Cerenti Restaurant. O iya, saya lupa bilang, kalau harga all you can eat buffet-nya itu Rp 150ribu saja (tanpa plus plus kok).

Wadooh kagak nahan dah, mana tadi siang saya cuma jajan doang lagi, belom makan berat :haha. Menggoda banget sih foto-foto makanannya, cuma kok di tablet sini ada beberapa foto yang mengecil ya tampilannya Mas?
Harganya terjangkau, tapi agak peer juga sih harus ke BSD buat all you can eat ini, kecuali ada yang mengundang *eaaa* *kode keras*. Eh tapi GZ ini cukup dermawan terhadap para blogger ya. Saya banyak membaca acara yang diselenggarakan hotel ini dengan mengundang penulis-penulis seperti para blogger ini (meski saya belum pernah diundang sih #eaaaa).
Dicatat. Nanti kalau ada acara saya infokan juga Gar. Sblmnya kayaknya Dita n Mas Arie (goiq) ikutan yang kamar hotelnya ya. Mulai bnyk yang sadar sama blogger Gar.
