Bosan dengan kuliner yang itu-itu aja di kawasan BSD? Kini ada kuliner baru di BSD, yaitu Nasi Tim Pasar Pagi, yang sebenarnya sudah lama beredar, setidaknya di Pasar Pagi, daerah Kota. Nah di BSD ini adalah cabang yang dikelola oleh keturunan langsung dari empunya. Cabang ini merupakan perpanjangan tangan dari cabang yang di Gading Serpong.
Kuliner Baru Di BSD
Nasi Tim Pasar Pagi BSD ini terletak di Pasar Modern BSD Kios K150, yang mudah dijangkau, tidak jauh dari pintu keluar tol Jorr. Di sini, kita bisa menemukan Nasi Tim Ayam dan Nasi Tim Ayam Telur yang dijamin halal. Saya sendiri sudah mencicipinya dan suka.
Bagi saya, nasi tim yang enak itu adalah yang tidak terlalu lembek seperti bubur dan juga potongan dagingnya yang besar. Jadi kalau pas makan, berasa deh lagi memakan dagingnya. Plus harus berasa kecapnya, saya ini penyuka kecap, bahkan mama saya aja saya komplain kalau bacang buatannya kurang kecap.
Berikut foto dari nasi tim yang dimaksud. Nasi tim memang bukanlah makanan yang umum dipilih orang. Karena, seperti yang diutarakan pemilik kios ini, banyak orang yang mengaitkan nasi tim dengan makanan orang sakit. Inilah yang dirasakan pemilik sebagai kendala utamanya.
Padahal, nasi tim adalah salah satu makanan yang enak loh. Paduan ayam dimasak kecap dengan nasi yang pas, cocok buat makan pagi, makan siang ataupun makan malam. Tinggal tambah makanan pendamping, seperti kerupuk pun jadi.
Nah, karena kios ini terletak di dalam pasar, sang empunya pun hanya dapat menghadirkan Nasi Tim Ayam saja. Tapi kalau di ruko Gading Serpongnya, dia menyediakan beberapa menu tambahan, seperti Mie Ayam dan Mie Ayam Kangkung, yang rasanya kalau menurut mama saya, mantab. Iya, saya ke sana bersama mama saya dan kakak-kakak saya.
Mengenai harga, dengan Rp 22.000 untuk Nasi Tim Ayam dan Rp 25.000 untuk Nasi Tim Ayam Telur, saya rasakan pas, tidaklah terlalu mahal. Kombinasi ukuran, rasa dan harga yang cocok dengan kantong (dan juga perut) saya.
Tidak menyesal datang ke sini untuk menikmati Nasi Tim ini. Saya hanya berharap ada cabang di daerah sekitar rumah saya, sehingga lebih mudah bagi saya untuk menikmatinya (siapa tahu empunya baca ini dan mengajak usaha bareng gitu…).
Ah… saya jadi lapar lagi nih. Menulis tengah malam mengenai makanan bukanlah kombinasi yang cocok ya. Hahaha. Sudah dulu ah. Jadi ingin cari makanan saya.
O iya kalau mau kontaknya saya punya nih, dia bersedia untuk delivery sekitaran BSD dan Gading Serpong kok. Semoga kuliner baru di BSD ini gak hilang gitu aja ya. 😀
