Kita seringkali menonton film yang dibuat dengan kalimat “Inspired by…” Entah itu true story ataupun hanya sebagian kecil darinya kemudian ditambahkan dengan drama sana sini. Sama seperti saat saya menulis Fiksi – Kuyakin ini. Saya terinspirasi oleh sekelompok orang hebat namun saya mengembangkannya dalam drama cinta.
Saya bertemu mereka di acara Bersama Mereka yang pernah saya post di sini juga. Dalam acara ini, awalnya saya sendiri bingung. Karena saya diminta menjadi pendamping. Tapi.. syukurlah saya diberi kesempatan menjadi bagian dari acara luar biasa ini. Dan dapat bertemu orang-orang hebat.
Satu kelompok adalah kelompok anak muda yang tergabung dalam Batavia Young Philanthropist (BYP). Kelompok muda ini berinisiasi untuk merayakan ulang tahun mereka dengan mengadakan acara bersama Barrier Free Tourism Jakarta (BFT) ke Taman Safari Indonesia. Sebuah kegiatan yang tak mudah loh. Saya juga diajak “berkenalan” lebih dekat dengan kelompok lainnya (sebelum acara ini) yaitu Helping – kelompok anak muda yang peduli akan sesamanya. Helping mengadakan beberapa acara sebelumnya. Acara yang saya ikut adalah JakartaCleanProject.
Orang-orang hebat inilah yang menjadi inspirasi hidup nyata. Mereka tak hanya “menginginkan” kehidupan yang lebih baik untuk semuanya, tapi juga benar-benar mewujudkannya. Bersama…
Okay… kembali ke orang-orang hebat yang menginspirasi saya dalam tulisan Fiksi – Kuyakin itu, mereka adalah orang-orang khusus yang tak kenal menyerah. Mereka adalah orang dengan disabilitas yang tak pernah mau kalah dengan kita yang tidak. Mungkin cemoohan sering mereka alami. Ataupun ratap kasihan pun sering mereka dapatkan. Atau juga dianggap sebagai tontonan. Namun mereka tak pernah mau menerimanya begitu saja dan ingin selalu berusaha.
Dari sanalah tulisan tentang Dini dan Dimas, walau dengan bumbu cinta-cintaan ya, yang semula sebenarnya saya ingin arahkan ke fenomena lari marathon yang semakin banyak di Jakarta pada khususnya, menjadi sebuah cerita perjuangan disabilitas. Perjuangan mereka untuk menunjukkan kalau mereka juga mampu. Bahwa mereka ada manusia biasa. Dan mungkin kitalah yang “normal” sebenarnya lebih cacat daripada mereka. Kisah ini terinspirasi dari para anggota BFT yang luar biasa itu.
Senyum di wajah mereka… walaupun mereka mengalami kesulitan. Usaha mereka yang tidak hanya menampukan tangan meminta belas kasihan. Kegigihan mereka untuk menikmati perjalanan yang tidak mudah dilewati (karena fasilitas untuk mereka yang masih kurang memadai). Bayangkan diri kita… yang terkadang enggan ke tempat ibadah. Tapi mereka yang berkursi roda masih dengan penuh semangat menuju tempat ibadah yang sulit bagi mereka karena undakan tangga di mana-mana. Ah… terima kasih banyak Bapak, Ibu. Kalianlah inspirasi nyata. Kalianlah pejuang hidup.
Saya senang dapat bertemu dengan kalian. Kalian memberi inspirasi kepada kami untuk mensyukuri hidup dengan lebih baik lagi.
Saya yakin… ada banyak orang di luar sana yang menjadi sumber inspirasi bagi kehidupan kita semua. Mereka dengan segala aktivitas mereka adalah orang-orang yang patut kita jadikan panutan. Dan saya bersyukur di tahun 2014 ini saya berkesempatan bertemu dan belajar dari para inspirator kehidupan ini.
